The Master’s Touch men’s ministry at Wayside Cross Ministries will hold the annual fund raising dinner to help support this transformational ministry.  For the past 5 years, many Knox members have attended this free meal and program featuring an inspiring guest speaker.  As many of you know, this Christ-centered ministry has been supported by Knox Missions Council for years, as we continue to show Christ Love through our involvement.

The dinner will be on Tuesday, May 9th at 6:00 PM, at the Gaslite Manor Banquet Hall, 2485 Church Road, Aurora.  The guest speaker will be Dr. Ed Stetzer, who holds the Billy Graham Distinguished Chair for Church, Mission, and Evangelism at Wheaton College.  Dr. Stetzer is a contributing editor for Christianity Today, and has been interviewed on many occasions for USA Today and CNN.  The Master of Ceremonies this year will again be Mark Elfstrand, the host of “Let’s Talk” on AM 1160.

Knox Missions Council will host 2 tables of 8 each for this dinner (ample space for over 16 friends and Knox members) who would like to learn how to support the Master’s Touch program at Wayside Cross Ministries, which has been making a difference in Aurora for nearly 90 years.   We invite you and your friends to join us for an evening of fellowship and thanksgiving by signing up in April.  Contact Bob Badertscher at the Commons table, call (630) 851-5198 or email   to reserve a place for you and your family for this event.  High School youth are also encourage to attend, again at no cost.
