INDIAN PRAIRIE GREAT BANQUET

The Great Banquet is an opportunity for Knox church to implement what we collectively learned during the Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations study and sermon series. It will allow Knox Church to show Radical Hospitality as we open our doors to welcome members and non-members alike. We will experience Passionate Worship and Intentional Faith Development as we worship, share and experience Christ’s love together. As a congregation we will be Serving the community-at-large as we host them in our new building. And finally the opportunity to give back to the church and the Great Banquet community will result in Generosity on the part of all who attend.

The Great Banquet community is a non-denominational entity sponsored by multiple churches and diverse members. It is not necessary to be a member of a sponsoring church, or of any church. The community welcomes all who desire to learn more about Christ. 

The Banquet is considered a short course in Christianity. It is an opportunity to be still, to listen, to share and to hear Christ’s plan for this world and our lives. It is a community of believers who desire to spend some time studying and learning about Christ.

The Banquet promises to nourish you physically, mentally and spiritually. You will feast on deliciously prepared meals, hear talks about the spiritual journey others are on, and fellowship with other believers.
