CONFIRMATION

Confirmation classes are held for 8th grade students from September through April each year. Classes are held on Sunday mornings from 10:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., including worship from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.  The classes include Bible study, retreats and lock-ins. They help the confirmands understand about God’s Covenant, the structure and history of the Presbyterian Church, and prepare them for a lifetime commitment to Christ. We are using a new curriculum this year called Re:form: The Anti-Workbook.

There will be an orientation meeting for the 2012-2013 Confirmation Class on Sunday, May 6 at 11:30 a.m. immediately following the second service in Fellowship Hall. All parents need to attend this important meeting. Key dates and information will be discussed. Please feel free to pass this news to other parents of 7th graders that you know.
