Being “present” in the moment mentally and physically can lead to deeper understanding of yourself and listen for God’s guidance. Both Tai Chi and Yoga offer opportunities to learn how to come into stillness and be present.

Learn about moving meditation to reduce stress, improve breathing and balance.
When: Monday’s 5:15-6 pm

Location: The Senior High Room
Cost: One time fee to Knox of $10 for the ENTIRE eight week session.
What to Bring: water bottle, and wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
